Stay with a Spanish family
The best way to understand all aspects of Spanish culture is to stay with a local family. In this way you will see how people live and experience Spanish family life.
As well as being the most enriching option, it is also the most economical for students planning a medium or long-term stay in Valladolid.
Our host families have been previously inspected and selected by staff from our centre and most of them have a lot of experience of hosting students. The location of these flats and houses varies in distance from the study centre and so the students' preferences in this respect will be taken into account.

Student residence
La Casa del Español can offer the option of staying in a student residence. In this case the student will meet students from all over the world. You can choose a single or double room and have the option of half board (breakfast and supper) or full board (breakfast, lunch and supper). If you are interested in this option you should advise the Centre as early as possible as availability is limited.
Apartment
The Centre has contacts among people in the city who rent out apartments. These usually have one or two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a small sitting room. This accommodation option has to be requested sufficiently ahead of time in order to ensure availability.
Hotel/Hostel
The Centre has a list of hotels/hostels near to La Casa del Español, where students can stay. The Centre can give advice and information about these and will make the necessary reservations once the student has chosen the hotel or hostel.
